Rainbow trout Family Fishing will continue through March at Garner State Park, where a total of 2,200 catchable Rainbow trout will be released into the Frio River. The first release was scheduled Monday, and the second release is set for Jan. 22, 2014, as part of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department’s (TPWD) annual trout stocking program.
