Postage prices increase

The United States Postal Service has increased the price of a first-class mail stamp by three cents. Beginning Sunday, to mail a letter the cost will be 49 cents. The increase of the firstclass mail stamp and other rates are intended to generate $2 billion in incremental annual revenue for the postal service, according to a press release from the U.S Postal Service.
