The art of Uvalde High School senior Charles Ligocky was unveiled in an exhibit at the Falcon Art Gallery in Del Rio on Feb. 7. Ligocky’s work will be displayed all month in an exhibit at the gallery. The exhibit, titled “The Impractical Judgment of Emotion,” features 12 major pieces and a binder of small pieces, ranging from letter-size to nearly wall-size creations.
