Where do you read the newspaper? The Uvalde Leader-News is again accepting photo submissions from people reading the newspaper in far-flung or unique geographical locations. Nataly Hernandez ended the Uvalde-Kennedy softball game in dramatic fashion last Friday night. She ripped the ball over the left field fence for a tworun homer to end the ball game. Hernandez’s home run gave the Uvalde Lobos all the runs they needed to end the game because of the 10-run rule as they ended up posting a 12-1 victory over the San Antonio Kennedy Rockets.
