Betty Ann Gulley, 80, of Uvalde died on April 3, 2014, in Uvalde. Funeral services will be held today at 3 p.m. at the Rushing-Estes-Knowles Chapel. Interment will follow in Uvalde Cemetery. She was born on July 6, 1933, to Eleonore Marie (Foret) Ayo and Alphonse Ayo. She is survived by two daughters, Charlene Barnes and husband, Monte, of Hondo and Charlotte Ann Brauchle of San Antonio; two sisters, Elsie Mahistedt of Utah and Emma Ramsey of Louisiana; three brothers, Al Ayo of Georgia, Dennis Ayo of Utah and Tommy Ayo of Virginia; five grandchildren, Jennifer Jo Barnes, Shanna Lee Barnes, Tyler Madison Barnes, Linsay Fay and husband, Jeremy Radcliffe, and Rylan Chance Brauchle; and six great-grandchildren, McKaia Jo Barnes, Matthew Alexander Farr, Elizabeth Ashlann Farr, Bodie Wyatt Farr, Owen Scott Radcliffe and Ryan Quinn Radcliffe. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Gulley; parents; and six brothers and sisters. Pallbearers will be Greg Robinson, Chance Brauchle, Jeremy Radcliffe, Haygood Gulley, Warren Neill, Ben Cowsert, Terry Owens, Christopher Ticknor and Gerrit Schulze.
