The Uvalde Coyotes scored three runs in the fourth inning and four runs in the fifth inning to blow open what had been a pitcher’s duel, and they went on to record an 11-1 baseball victory over the San Antonio Memorial Minutemen last Friday. Memorial’s ace pitcher Ivan DeAnda, who pitched seven innings in a loss against Harlandale earlier in the week, retired the first nine Uvalde batters he faced.
