Where do you read the newspaper? The Uvalde Leader-News is again accepting photo submissions from people reading the newspaper in far-flung or unique geographical locations. Guillermo “Willie” Rodriguez, 69, of Ogden, Utah died on July 3, 2014, in Ogden, Utah. He was born on Feb. 4, 1945, in Uvalde to Rafael Delgado and Everardo Rodriguez. He is survived by his wife, Margrett Rodriguez of Utah; four sons, Shawn Willie Rodriguez of Hawaii, Guillermo “Rudy” Rodriguez,Willie “Chnot” Rodriguez and Daniel Rodriguez and wife, Tralin, all of Austin; six daughters, Elena Rostro and husband, Samuel, of Georgia, Desiree Rodriguez, Dianne Cortes and husband, Abel, Angela Rodriguez, Michelle Tiznado and husband, Alex, and Valerie Rodriguez, all of Austin; two brothers, Ricardo Rodriguez and Alfredo Almendarez; one sister, Raquel Rodriguez; 27 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Edward Rodriguez and Rudy Rodriguez. Visitation was held Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. with a holy rosary recited at 6:30 p.m. at Aaron’s Mortuary in Ogden, Utah.
