Teodosa Valle Galan, 89, of Uvalde, died on Jan. 10, 2022, at Uvalde Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Numerous motorists who committed minor traffic infractions in the days before Christmas had something to smile about, as Uvalde Police Officers handed out $50 bills rather than a ticket.
