Kindergarten vaccination rates plummet at UCISD



One in five kindergartners enrolled in Uvalde’s school district were unvaccinated against measles, chicken pox and polio when classes began in August, a 16-percent drop from last year. Rain fizzles for most, some east of town see over 1 inch
