SWTX says cause of deadly truck malfunction unknown

Lawsuits expected based on “circumstances surrounding the equipment”


Southwest Texas College announced June 25 that the bucket truck which collapsed on May 28, leaving one student dead and another seriously injured, had previously undergone maintenance before being cleared for use.
