Volunteers are needed for a South Padre Island adopt-a-beach cleanup event set Sept. 23 in honor of Maite Rodriguez, who died as a result of the May 24 tragedy at Robb Elementary.
Maya’s Love beach cleanup, set to begin at 8:30 a.m. at Andy Bowie Park in South Padre Island, supports the 2023 Coastwide Fall Cleanup.
