Zara and Cameron Maxwell of Knippa announce the birth of their son, Dominic Ryan-Michael Maxwell, on Dec. 7, 2021, at Uvalde Memorial Hospital. Dominic weighed 7 pounds, 12 ounces and measured 20 inches in length.
