Lecho Quiroga

Indalecio “Lecho” Quiroga, 85, of Uvalde died on Sept. 8, 2023, at Methodist Metropolitan Hospital in San Antonio.  He was born on Oct. 5, 1937, in Uvalde to and Fidelia (Ruiz) and Indalecio P.
