Norma T. Diaz
Norma Treviño Diaz, 59, of Hondo, formerly of Uvalde, died on Jan. 10, 2023, at her residence.
Visitation is scheduled Jan. 19 at 1 p.m., and a rosary will be recited at 7 p.m., at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Jan. 20 at 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, and interment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.
She was born on April 12, 1963, in Uvalde to Florencia (Treviño) and Abel C. Diaz.
She is survived by two sisters, Anna Maria Rincon and husband, Robert, of Hondo and Victoria Diaz Briones and husband, Fidencio, of La Pryor; three brothers, Abel Diaz Jr. and wife, Annie Morse, of Uvalde, Alberto Diaz of Houston, and Arnoldo Diaz and wife, Gloria, of San Antonio; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Pallbearers will be Adrian Rincon, Ryan Rincon, Ruben Rincon, Robert Rincon III, Deallan Pamatian, Brandon Rincon, and Tony Garcia.
