
Reatha S. Robinson
Reatha Sue Robinson, 55, of Denton died on Sept. 26, 2022, at Texoma Medical Center in Denison.
There will be a memorial service on Oct. 29 at 2 p.m. at Sherwood Shores First Baptist Church in Gordonville, and a Uvalde memorial service will be held at a later date.
Robinson was born on March 15, 1967, in Uvalde to Chris Oliphant and Johnnie Robinson.
She grew up in Uvalde, attending public schools, and she was a Uvalde High School student when the family moved to the Denton area.
She is survived by three sons, James Robinson and wife, Hillary, of Anna, Texas, David Buffington and wife, Hailey, of Denton, and Troy Robinson of Whitesboro; daughter, Christina Clayton of Whitesboro; mother, of Gordonville; father and step-mother Kristin Robinson, of Collinsville; three siblings, Johnnie Gale Robinson of Gordonville, Dakota Robinson and wife, Cierra, of Collinsville, and Cheyenne Baldwin and husband, Colt, of Gainesville; 12 grandchildren, Faith Robinson, Summer Robinson, Hope Robinson, Zacayah Clayton, Carlos Clayton, Kourtney Clayton, Markease Clayton, Kaiden Clayton, Jadain Clayton, Mariah Clayton, Kaleigh Clayton, and Emma Buffington; great-grandchild, Carson Clayton; multiple nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles; and best friend, Jerry Nichols.
She was preceded in death by grandparents, Marie and Jim Oliphant, Raymond Robinson, Neoma and J.W. Maner, Jimmy Oliphant, Ray Robinson, Kaitlyn Robinson, and Ethel and Henry Massey.
Cremation was under the direction of Fisher Funeral Home in Denison.
