Texas RioGrande legal clinic open

Texas RioGrande Legal Aid opened an office in Uvalde on Oct. 18 at 200 S. Evans St., in the Community Health Development Inc. building.  Hours run from 8 a.m. to noon and 1-5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
