Only one fish was caught before windy conditions caused the Uvalde Bass Club’s two-day February tourney at O.H. Ivey Laketo be canceled last Saturday. Mark D’Spain reeled in the 1.79-pounder. Twenty-one UBC anglers were on hand for what would have been the first day of tourney.
