William “Bill” R. Dillahunty, 86, of Uvalde died on Jan. 25, 2023, at Uvalde Memorial Hospital.   A memorial service will be held on Feb. 11 at 11 a.m. at First United Methodist Church in Uvalde.   Services are under the direction of Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary, and a complete obituary will appear in a future edition of the Uvalde Leader-News.

District wrestling meet set at SA this weekend

The two-day District 14-5A wrestling meet is set for tomorrow and Saturday in the Alamo Convocation Center at San Antonio. Competition will begin at 7 a.m. Friday tomorrow.
