Uvalde’s Brooks Raley has been selected to represent Team USA in the upcoming World Baseball Classic. Local gymnasts compete in Galveston

On Jan. 14, Axis Gymnastics Academy members competed in Galveston at the Winter Beach Blast Invitational where they faced 12 teams comprising almost 120 other athletes. The Axis Gymnastics Academy finished fourth as a team, six points behind the first overall team.
