Many home football games in 2017

Next football season, the Uvalde Coyotes will play the majority of their games at home.

Six of their 10 regularseason games, including two District 29-5A ball games, will be played in the Honey Bowl.

“After all the traveling we did last season, it will be great not to have to travel this coming season,” said Uvalde High School head football coach Gary Griffin.
